Complete the required fields in the apply workflow and upload your resume/CV and any supporting documents.


We Review Your Information

Our Talent Acquisition team will review your qualifications to determine if you’re a good fit. If you are, we’ll be in touch.


Phone Interview

We’ll contact selected candidates to schedule a phone interview with a Hiring Manager to discuss the job and your qualifications in more detail.


On-site Interview

You may be asked to join us for an onsite interview.


Evaluation & Assessment

After your interviews, we’ll determine the top candidate for the job and make an offer.


Pre-Employment Screening

Applicants who are offered employment with KLA will be required to successfully complete an employment and education background check and a criminal investigation, where permitted by local regulations.


Employment Offer

If you’ve been selected, we’ll make an employment offer. If you haven’t, we’ll let you know the position has been filled. Keep in touch online, so you’ll know about future opportunities.
