The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

KLA is seeking to hire an experienced Financial Analyst into its Corporate Services division. In this role, you will primarily support WW IT organization and manage an annual budget of over $100M. You will have the unique opportunity to; partner with C- Level Management; deliver business analytics and insights; and make recommendations for short and long-term decisions. You will also drive the corporate planning processes, monitor financial performance, report financial and operational results, and improve existing processes. Successful candidate for this team is a well-rounded top performer who wants to build a strong finance background


  • Partner to WW IT organization, managing the monthly forecast and annual strategic plan process
  • Work closely with business partners to better understand the business and ensure alignment with company’s financial and strategic goals
  • Work closely with regional finance counterparts to track and monitor WW IT projects and spend
  • Lead initiatives for IT cost integration associated with acquired companies
  • Consolidate, analyze and report on financial results at the IT staff meeting, including headcount tracking, project spend, analysis of quarterly trends and drivers, budget vs. actual etc.  
  • Handle month-end and quarter-end close process, meet regular corporate deliverables
  • Initiate forecast and reporting process improvements and automation
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required

  • Proficient in SAP/TM1 and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with project management and resource management

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
