Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Responsibilities

P1/P2 shipments all shipped .
MRB shipments and GSS shipments in time.
MRB- QC  counts in time .
Cycle counts at 99%
Provide timely and quality service according to the plant requirements
Keep and improve the high standard of quality of service + right storage of materials + account balances.
Keep and improve the safety level of work.
Improve work effectiveness & correct prioritization according to business needs.
 Keep shipping warehouse in order pro-actively.
FIFO work.
Working according to ISO process.
Follow and improve  DFT procedures.
DFT daily tasks on time.
Keep on giving the best service to all of the costumers that reaching the W.H in order to receive parts from stock or to send packages to the field or to the vendors/customers.
Work towards getting good feedbacks for service from internal clients.
Continuous monitoring of compliance with safety regulations, labor protection standards and fire safety rules.

Good receipts.

Good issues.

Inventory cycle count.

Upload/unload goods with a forklift.

Customer service-production/GSS

Qualifications

  • Experience min. 10 years in warehouse operations
  • Highly motivated
  • Team worker under pressure and dynamic timeline environment
  • Self-disciplined and self-prioritizing in dynamic work environment
  • Working according company procedures and understanding customer needs
  • High knowledge of English
  • Good personal relations.
  • Computer use knowledge  
  • Driving License
