The Information Technology (IT) group at KLA is involved in every aspect of the global business. Corporate Information Technology (IT) partners with each division in KLA to develop, engage and promote global enterprise solution leading the way with innovations which meet the business’ needs.

IT is responsible for delivering consultative services in support of our world-wide design engineering teams to meet our strategic objectives of bringing new products to market Better, Faster, and Cheaper.

KLA IT department is responsible for providing solutions to technical and strategic challenges in product development so as to improve product time to market and operational excellence and create a competitive advantage through Information Technology

Responsibilities

Windows System Analyst main role is to work with Application and Infrastructure teams to provide solution for Bussiness requirements, maintaining the Health and Hygiene of Windows/Compute landscape globally, understanding the needs for project landscape and expansion. Provide support for trouble tickets with ITIL methodologies and deliver improvements per agreed SLAs. Recommends new insights and/or efficiency opportunities. Works on and coordinates several key Infrastructure deliverables and be a part of related project team.

This individual will be responsible for Global support for Windows Servers, SSO, Compute, Virtualization, Published Desktops & Applications using Citrix, File Servers, DFS, Cloud Gateway solutions and Data Center Services. Responsibilities on these systems also include build, day to day support and maintenance. Work in a team from different time zones. Perform ongoing performance tuning, resource optimization as required, periodic performance reporting to support capacity and planning, Health & Hygiene activities. Work with the DB and Application team to collect new landscape requirements.

Superb communication skills required - high level English language communication skill with peer and senior level management. Shown accomplishments under challenging situations and constraints. The right candidate will be dynamic and upbeat individual who is very passionate about delivering rich and powerful solutions. Position requires communicating with different functional groups like Engineering, IT, Field Team and Vendors

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 10 years hands on experience in installation, configuration and support of Virtualization Platform like VMware, Nutanix AHV, HyperV along with Windows Operating systems in global enterprise environment
  • Worked at least 10 years in Enterprise landscape starting with design, implementation and solving problems Citrix Published Applications and Desktops, Access Gateways and Load Balancers
  • Ability implementing and running Cisco UCS platform and Dell standalone servers with more than 5 years of experience
  • Minimal of 5 years expertise in designing, implementing and handling Federations solutions with PingIdentity, Okta, ADFS
  • Proficient in Powershell scripting
  • Hands-on experience on troubleshooting, monitoring, upgrading server hardware and software.
  • Familiar with enterprise network architectures with large and sophisticated Virtualization and Compute environments
  • Prefer experience in cloud technologies, ITIL Process
  • Exposure to Project Management skills

 

Qualifications

Master's level degree with 4 years of experience OR

Bachelor's Level Degree with 5 years of experience OR

10 Years of Equivalent IT system admin experience in a global enterprise enironment

Certification on Virtualization, Citrix and Windows is a plus
