Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Responsibilities

  • The is a member of production line that stumble across the new Options and Specials introduction for our customers,
  • Being the operation's interface to NPL/MDE teams for the introduction of new Options and Specials or for the improvement of existing ones, coordinate process with NPL/MDE, production management, engineering support and configuration control to introduce Options and Specials in production.
  • Drive improvement activities of Options and Specials Process in production process to learn, to teach and to influence on the final product or process.
  • Apply and train engineering procedures and methods in manufacturing processes.
  • Writing and updating Work Instructions and Test Instructions.
  • Providing technical support to the purchasing activity. Work with external third party’s Mechanical engineers, manufacturers, etc...
  • Act as 2-way conduit between NPL/MDE teams and Manufacturing Teams,

Qualifications

  • Mechanical Practical Eng.
  • At least 3 Years experience with NPI area,
  • Very Good Soft Communication Skills,
  • Technical approach,
  • Experience in working in manufacturing environment,
  • Previous experience in the semiconductor industry - an advantage
