SPTS wafer processing solutions include market-leading silicon etch, dielectric etch, dry-release etch, PVD, PECVD and molecular vapor deposition (MVD®), available with a range of wafer-handling options applicable to R&D, pilot production, or volume production environments. SPTS is headquartered and has its main manufacturing facility in Newport, UK, with additional manufacturing in Allentown, Pennsylvania. SPTS operates across 19 countries in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, and offers comprehensive service and spare parts support through a worldwide network of service centers and qualified local agents.

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities:

  

Ensure customer orders are delivered on time. Support offsite teams by ensuring any follow on parts such as back orders /additional part requests are shipped promptly.

 

Duties:

 

  1. Work with sales and marketing to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in line with revenue recognition rules.
  2. Booking of transportation including liaising with customers’ forwarder.
  3. Preparation of shipment paperwork
  4. Work with 3rd party off site storage facility to store goods.
  5. Ensuring stock accuracy of FG
  6. Reporting of follow on part status to field

 


 

Qualifications

  

 

  1. Ideally minimum 3 years experience in export logistics role
  2. Good communication skills
  3. Self-Motivated
  4. Able to demonstrate high level of problem solving skills
  5. Demonstrates high level of IT skills
  6. Experience of import and export processes including customs clearance
