Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Responsibilities

 

  1. Define Quality requirements for design and manufacturing of new products
  2. Collaborate with Design team to ensure compliance of new deigns with Quality requirements
  3. Assessment & Development of new critical immature suppliers to fit the industry's requirements
  4. Identify immediate and supporting causes for failures, and accordingly define and enforce Lesson learned across the organization
  5. Define and Lead Quality control and improvement plans for new products

 

Qualifications

 

  1. >5 years of experience in semiconductor, aerospace medical or automotive industries
  2. Familiar with technical quality standards for optics, electronics, and motion.
