KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.


Self-driven individual with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detailed-oriented, positive attitude, and strong team player. Able to communicate effectively with peers, interdisciplinary engineering groups, customers, vendors and across global regions and cultures. Able to give effective technical presentations.

 Experience with manufacturing control systems (ERP, PLM, etc.). Able to read technical drawings and understand Bills of Material.  Can use a variety of hand tools and precision testing, measuring, and calibration instruments.

 Experience in assembly, systems integration, test, and troubleshooting of electromechanical and optical instruments. Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, sheet metal, and castings.

 Solid technical ability and problem-solving skills. Can design experiments and carry out tests to collect and analyze data. Able to apply problem-solving methodology consistently. Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

 Expertise in MS Software Packages: Excel, PowerPoint, & Word. MS Project & MS Visio experience a plus. VBA Scripting experience a plus.

 Solid modeling, structural analysis, Finite Elements Analysis (FEA), and SolidWorks experience preferred.

Knowledge of data analysis tools such as MATLAB or JMP is a plus.


A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical/scientific discipline.

Relevant industry experience (internship, etc.) a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 1 years of experience.ORMaster's Level Degree
