The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support.  The GSS organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

We are seeking a talented program leader who will build knowledge and understanding of evolving digital technologies for the purpose of enabling employee performance support and accelerating learning globally.  This individual will understand how to apply advanced digital technologies, such as augmented and mixed reality, in R&D and commercial environments.




  • Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, instructors, and designers to define and detail specific use cases where solutions may have a positive impact to business.
  • Lead mixed reality portfolio management and execution of program priorities set by business partners.
  • Explore & experiment on opportunities to apply mixed reality in order to greatly improve learning strategies with return on investment.
  • Be the primary advocate for mixed reality solutions. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a common vision and strategic execution.
  • Engage in feedback from internal end users, and key partners to continually increase value for KLA.
  • Global collaboration with development team for model development, testing & support

Minimum Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about new technology and how technical innovation can accelerate growth yet realistic in its potential and its application


  • Proven track record in project or vendor management to manage external vendors and ensure they are delivering on turnaround time and quality


  • The ideal candidate has experience translating concepts in computer science or technology to a business audience, including crafting a value proposition and understanding change management.
