With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. The Customer Engagement (CE) applications team partners with our customers to help them manage yield throughout all stages of their fabrication process - from research and development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering with our service organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

EBeam’s mission encapsulates its role as the 'eyes' of KLA’s product line, providing timely information on defects and critical locations on the wafer at the highest spatial resolution possible. Customers use EBeam products alongside KLA patterned and bare wafer inspectors to quickly understand the nature of defects and other imperfections on product wafers and take action to improve the manufacturing process.
MS / Ph.D. preferred in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Optics, Material Science or a related field.
Position also requires completion of a university-level course / research-project / internship / thesis, or 6 months of experience in most of the following:
Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.ORBachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
