Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Responsibilities

Master Scheduler / Configuration Analyst

  •         Manage overall business plan/master schedule and chair MS meeting. Interface with sales team/marketing monitor any business changes and ensure timely build plan adjustment
  •         Manage forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to customer’s orders and material support
  •         Execute and maintain accuracy of MRP
  •         Manage product configuration specifications and drive sales order accuracy
  •         Develop and maintain key performance metrics
  • Work with NPI, Specials Coordinator, Engineering Services, Sales, Marketing, Order Administration, Manufacturing and VC Modelers to set up the Product Configuration Specification (PCS) & SO accuracy
  • Chair meetings to review PCS (pricing, configuration rules, description etc)
  • Work with Engineering Service to create a new PCS material
  • Own, create, update and review KMAT models and KMAT Phantoms, and KMAT BOMs
  • Ensure new materials and BOMs are set up and created correctly and that ECO is accurate and ready for VC modelling (Structure the PCS into SAP)
  • Work with VC Modelers to insure information in VC is accurate; validate VC changes in SAP in test & production environment by creating quotes
  • Chair order review meeting and ensure SO accuracy with correct configuration

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experience
  •         Minimum 3-5 years of related industry experience in MPS and MRP Planning and Inventory management
  • Familiarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. MS Excel, MS Power Point, SAP)
  •         Analytical skills , good communication and interpersonal skills
  •         Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
  •         Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and to work with a variety of offshore locations
  • Ability to assertively implement configuration management policy
