Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services and associated systems information.
  • Participates and lead warehouse projects from design till full implementation.
  • Assist in developing logistic plans, procedures and ISO documentations.
  • In close cooperation with various departments, suggest and execute improvement projects to ensure a smooth resolution process.
  • Conduct trainings and alignment to the respective stalk holders including 3PL.
  • Take part in program of efficiency improvement (5S, lean management)

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements

  • Nitec or Diploma in logistics or related studies
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in related role and industry 
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office is required. Experience with SAP system is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and time management
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
