The Corporate Sales/Business Development team is a head quarter based team of highly capable individuals with the mission to drive Global Product Group business objectives in the field.   We partner closely with the product groups and customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software, and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. 








  • Accurately forecast business to meet bookings objectives.
  • Structure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel.
  • Foster technical and operational relationships at all levels internal and externally.
  • Conduct technology roadmap alignment.


The ideal candidate need to understand the market and know how to forecast.  Has basic negotiation sense and analytical skill.  Must be financial/business savvy.

  • Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term
  • Able to derive/understand the proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed the objectives
  • Aptitude to navigate through complex and dynamic selling environment
  • Experience working with Global customers



Minimum Qualifications

BS, MS or MBA with 5~7 yrs of experience
