Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Responsibilities

  • Working on a daily basis with worldwide business units, sales and marketing
  • Understanding customer requirements
  • Building tool configuration with detailed information for SW features and HW , information will be shared with Ops teams for driving material and manufacturing
  • Need to meet configuration accuracy > 95% , OTD (on time delivery) > 95%
  • Forecast management for tools options (hardware) per customer requirement
  • Generate SW licenses per tool against customer sale order
  • Attending weekly meeting with US teams
  • Data analyzing for build plan slotting , communicating all gaps to sales Ops
  • Power BI dashboards development 

Qualifications

  • BA in Economics/ Statistics or related fields

OR

  • BSC in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems or related fields  
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivots , Macro's) - Must

  • Proficient in English - Must

  • Power BI knowledge - Advantage

  • ERP system experience  - Advantage
