We are seeking a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Program Manager to help take the D&I function to the next level by implementing and measuring ongoing initiatives. Located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where KLA is building a second headquarters, this role will help integrate D&I into that location, right from the beginning, while also managing initiatives worldwide.
The ideal candidate is passionate about corporate D&I, has strong program management skills, ability to understand and interpret data, and is able to collaborate with a wide variety of employees, departments, teams and third parties as needed. This role reports to the Director of Global D&I and will collaborate with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Communications to implement programs such as Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), heritage month celebrations, trainings, communications, and the Affirmative Action Plan (AAP). This is an opportunity for the right candidate to collaborate on a significant initiative for KLA, while making a long-lasting impact!
Facilitate ERGs globally, building opportunities to engage employees in helping to achieve KLA's D&I goals through cross-functional collaboration.
Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to develop content on messaging, initiatives, events and progress.
Work with KLA's Talent Acquisition team to implement strategies to source and attract talent from underrepresented groups and facilitate an inclusive candidate experience.
Prepare affirmative action plans, compliance requests and or regulatory reports, by coordinating with appropriate team members and a third-party vendor, and ensuring complete, accurate transfer of data.
Measure programmatic progress.
Identify and act as key liaison with internal and external diversity partners, organizations and events aligned with KLA's D&I strategy.
Expertise and passion for D&I, with 1-2 years corporate experience in D&I or a related field.
Strong communication skills, able to develop creative content and conduct compelling presentations.
Ability to work cross-functionally and be influential in a highly matrixed environment.
Careful attention to detail, particularly around data.
Experience with AAP is a plus.
Ability to travel to remote US and global sites, as needed. The position may involve domestic and international travel, up to 25%.
Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
