The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:
The Recruiter position is responsible for providing the highest level of talent acquisition services to KLA India. This position delivers high quality professional and executive-level candidates and advances the KLA brand across numerous educational institutions and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the KLA selection process.

This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting for the engineering divisions and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Interact with Technical/Non-Technical Managers and understand Semiconductor Technical Job requirements.
  2. Formulate recruiting strategies by translating technical requirements in to sourcing strategies. Continuously innovate on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open Job requirements.
  3. Identify potential candidates matching the Job requirements
  4. Conduct HR Screening for potential candidates to find out interest level/job match.
  5. Submit Potential candidates resume to Hiring Managers and follow-up on interest and technical interview scheduling
  6. Interact with Hiring Managers and HR business partners to arrive at equitable Salary for selected candidates
  7. Prepare and Extend offer to candidates and interact with them to finalize joining dates
  8. Analyze and Maintain important HR Hiring Metrics and reports.
  9. Participate in recruitment and career fairs and explain to candidates about job requirements and identify potential candidates.
  10. Establish and maintain TA metrics and observe market trends.
  11. Participate and contribute in site level HR activities on a time to time basics / Anchor Campus events and university engagement workshops

 

Qualifications

  1. 3 to 4 years of experience as Lead/Senior recruiter preferably with High-Tech product companies
  2. 3+ years of overall HR experience
  3. Experience handling full cycle recruitments with special focus on Talent Mapping, resource planning and Experience handling Global Recruitment operations with off-shore recruitment support.
  4. Thorough understanding of HRIS applications like Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP or other suite of products
  5. Expert understanding in MS tools with expertise in Excel and other spreadsheet software.
  6. Experience in internal compensation equity, Salary and Benefits.
  7. Overall good academic record

 

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level DegreeORBachelor's Level Degree with at least 1 years of experience.
