Backend Account Manager

Group/Division

The Global Customer Organization (GCO) is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT.  They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software, and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. 

Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. This diverse and dynamic team partners with KLA’s service organization and factory divisions to help ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

 

   
 

- Establish and build strong relationship with key accounts; work closely with them to develop and drive business forecasts and ensure good market share within assigned key accounts

- Review and monitor market competitions and customer trends; analyze and proactively respond to the changes to keep company and product services competitive

- Keep updated with new product launches and communicate closely with corporate to design in the new products to assigned key accounts

- Work closely with the customer service & fulfillment as well as apps team members to ensure all customer related matters are addressed and attended to well

- Drive and manage distributor business to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, business goals and objectives

 

 

Qualifications

 

- More than 10 years of proven working experiences in account management, product management or technical in back-end industry, in multinational companies are preferred

- Broad knowledge of products, technologies, services and marketing in back-end industry, has AOI background is strongly preferred

- Demonstrated strong communication skills (both in Chinese & English) and interpersonal skills through multiple levels and functions within company and within customers

- Good leadership and prioritizing capability, self-motivated and passionate

- Strong negotiation skill with well planned & aligned strategies to close deals for maximized benefits for the company
