Our mission is to enable the business, and leverage human resources to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards.

The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Responsibilities

 

  • Coordination and all logistics for phone or on-site interviews with candidate and interviewers.
  • With candidate experience in mind, adheres to and re-enforces all SLAs such as initial contact within 24-48 hours of interview request.
  • As needed, works with external recruiting firms; and plans and coordinates for offsite and non-business hour interviews.
  • Prepares and disseminates interview related materials to everyone involved including the candidate.
  • Makes travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, etc.) and files travel reimbursements.
  • Maintains details and logistics of interviews in Excel departement SharePoint.
  • Responsible for confidential handling of all candidate information.
  • Collecting any candidate/new hire documents from recruiter for pre and post on-boarding and updating in the applicant tracking system.
  • Validation and quality controls candidate information is accurate in ATS.
  • Compiles all candidate documentation and partners with HR connect to ensure detailed start on day one.
  • Initiates background request (a signed offer letter & signed background authorization are complete prior to submitting). Provides any information necessary to finalize check.
  • Initiates relocation and immigration with Global Mobility team.
  • Notifies recruiter when background results received.
  • Maintains a detailed filing system.
  • Builds comprehensive requisition and new hire files comprised of checklists, resume, interview schedule, application. background check, travel information, etc.
  • Performs periodic audits to ensure files are complete.
  • Ensures all pre-hire paper work is complete, audited, and in the HCM system prior to hand-off to the HR connect team for seamless day one start.
  • Files EE-forms in appropriate fiscal year file.
  • Once a requisition has been closed, audits to remove travel documents, interview schedules, etc. from file. Files requisition folder in current applicant files.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Prefer Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior recruiting experience and HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong Interpersonally and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize daily meaningful demands.
  • Works with a high sense of urgency.
  • Works well with ambiguity.
  • Ability to remain flexible within a highly multifaceted changing environment and still deliver on deadlines.
  • Teammate willing to assist wherever there is a need.
  • Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling telephone calls and emails, routing them to others or dealing with them on your own initiative when appropriate.
  • Previous experience handling the varied needs of multiple recruiters.
  • Must have outstanding customer service skills, including shown success interacting with both internal and external customers.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous experience with scheduling complex interviews through MS Outlook.
  • Familiarity with recruiting applicant tracking systems a plus.
  • Ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self directed, fast learner, and a quick proficiency of new systems quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience.
