Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Responsibilities

Translate demand signals into an executable build plan for multiple product lines, working across organizations to provide insight to improve business decisions

  • Responsible for driving, updating and maintaining the tools and systems schedules associated to the build plan and master scheduling processes, including the MRP
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to gain valuable input to key demand drivers
  • Coordinate cross-functional research to reconcile and refine the forecast to reflect sales and marketing input
  • Provide forecast insight during master scheduling reviews with sales, division and marketing
  • Collaborative approach with sales, division and ops to determine slot plans to support multiple business units
  • Working across ops to ensure accurate factory sizing to support current and forecast build plans
  •  Drives demand signals for materials and build schedules for manufacturing (supply chain, manufacturing and logistics)
  • Develop a general understanding of the manufacturing steps, cycle time and supply chain constraints to understand build plan risk levels, communicate and effectively message risk to sales and division
  • Identify and leverage company wide and industry best practices
  • Refine tools to drive process and forecast improvements

 

 

Qualifications

 Master's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience. OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience in one of the following areas:

Project / Program Management

Demand planning

Supply planning

Financial or Sales Planning

Job Skills: 
  • Excellent project management abilities, strong technical skills, and strong interpersonal skills

  • Working knowledge of SAP MRP

 

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree with at least 6 years of experience. OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 7 years of experience.
