The vision of KLA’s global human resources organization is to become a leader and partner to operating leadership in support of the company’s efforts to achieve its strategic growth, customer and operating objectives through strategic talent management. Our mission is to enable the business, and leverage human resources to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards.
The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.
Create and deploy country-wide strategic HR initiatives.
Translating business strategies into HR initiatives, driving and implementing within the framework of KLA’s policies and global vision
Project management on HR related topics (e.g. org design, performance management, M&A initiatives, change management, employee engagement, succession planning)
Oversees the implementation of HR programs and management of HR team
Leads company's compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and reporting requirement
Supports local management team for organization development & talent management.
Responsible for Labor relations, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and General Affairs.
Provides necessary HR Consulting and coaching to managers and employees
Conduct workforce training, facilitate workshops on courses and talent management topics with business groups, participate in department- and company-wide process improvement activities, maintain personal and professional contacts with industry counterparts and government authorities, and keep abreast of social, economic, labor law, regulatory, and political trends to ensure that KLA maintains cutting-edge corporate HR practices.

Business level English knowledge
10 years + HR experience
5 years + multi national (non-Japanese) company working experiences, industrial engineering & tech companies preferred
3 years + experience leading a team
5 years + experience supporting the top most level of management in Japan
Skilled in MS Excel & Powerpoint
Able to travel within Japan & occasionally outside Japan
Business English, Excel, Powerpoint
Masters + 10 years, Bachelors + 12 years
