Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices.

The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to manage projects to completion:

Responsibilities:

  • Daily wire transfer inputs
  • Set-up wire transfer templates for repetitive payments
  • Daily cash positioning and maintaining working capital model
  • Responsible for investment accounting, reporting and compliance
  • Monitor worldwide cash balances and resolve any day-to-day cash issues
  • Investment and foreign exchange trade settlements
  • Update and maintain banking database
  • Tracking Letter of Credits
  • Update and maintain Treasury procedures
  • Prepare and collect documents for Audit and SOX requests
  • Assist quarter-end closing tasks, SEC reporting footnote disclosure
  • Other Ad-hoc treasury projects

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related major;
  • 2-4 year of Treasury experience;
  • Proficient in excel, PowerPoint and Visio;
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred but not required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • This role will require travel

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
