Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices.

The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Responsibilities

Support and manage RAPID division fixed costs with the following responsibilities:

  • Lead Rapid Engineering programs with help of one DFC finance analyst and support Rapid Engineering & SMA functions
  • Align and reconcile various challenging and upcoming SP11's and present to Sr division leaders
  • Manage the program budgets and align on the Qtrly Spend Vs Engineering Fcst to keep Product financials on track for committed time to market
  • Recommend process improvements and implement changes for the better
  • Work closely with Sr management and HR related to HC adds (MRAM process) and reconcile the program HC needs Vs haves
  • Engage with and collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Operations, Service and division finance for target setting and reporting of results.
  • Collaborate with Operations on Inventory Planning & transfers
  • Continuous improvement mindset, partnering with different areas of the organization, identifying gaps & potential spend reduction and productivity.
  • Responsible for the financial analysis of Qtrly & Monthly actual results with comparisons to the forecast and engaging with DFC owners to maximize efficiencies and address issues.
  • Ensure that finance policies and proper accounting rules are being followed consistently and SOX-compliant in all areas of responsibility.
  • Assist in all other ad hoc requests which require financial modeling, scenario analysis and simulations.

 

Qualifications

  • Team Leader and enthusiasm to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in SAP and strong MS Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment
  • Comfortable in ambiguous environment, comfortable approaching and communicating with different levels of the organization.
  • Independent and critical thinker, fast learner and excellent eye for detail  

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience. OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
