KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.


  • Ensures materials are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory, and that finished goods are packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner
  • Reviews receipt of all materials to ensure purchase orders are open and the quality of materials received is correct
  • Ensures shipments are properly staged, documented and shipped according to domestic and international requirements and schedules
  • Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control
  • Ensures materials are available to meet production schedules and/or products are shipped as per marketing schedules
  • Establishes and modifies operational methods and procedures. Maintains documentation to reflect the effectiveness and efficiency of department activities
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups, monitors and directs the daily operation, and provides supervision to subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies. 
  • Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the output of the group.  Ensures that resources are used effectively, and work schedules and targets are met
  • Responds to internal and external customer inquiries about material receipts, inventory levels and delivery schedules


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in Materials / Warehousing / Inventory management in a highly dynamic, highly visible environment
  • Demonstrated success supervising and leading high performance teams
  • Hands on proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and priorities to achieve required outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information and ideas to direct reports, peers, management and customers by email, in presentations and conversations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in Materials / Warehousing / Inventory management in a highly dynamic, highly visible environment
