The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.


  1.  Be services front line for understanding customer issue and transferring them to the CSE/CSM.
  2. Flexible onsite support for business need on BE markets
  3. Uptime improvement for RAPID tool issues
  4. Responsible for daily data collection and tool issues recovery.
  5. Responsible for daily service events report update
  6. Responsible for 7x24 on duty night time all related activities follow up



  1.  Fluency in both Mandarin and English
  2. Strong computer skills with Windows base application, Excel / power point, and network function / database related.
  3. BS major in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electro-optical, Controlling Engineering, or other Computer-science related fields.
  4. Good attitude on learning new technology and willing to take challenge.
  5. Exp. or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred
  6. Must be a strong team player, supporting & analytical skill and good working habits
  7. People-oriented, strong customer service focus and able to work under pressure
  8. Must be willing to work in semiconductor clean room environment
