Responsibilities

  • Perform product installation at customer sites
  • Technical contact for the Installation product
  • Perform software upgrade on the product
  • Provide technical support in terms of software and hardware
  • Create training material for the Application team and external version for Customer
  • Provide customer product training
  • Support PLC activities as technical reference
  • Support new product Beta testing as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering studies or related
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Fabs, including Process, Process Integration, Yield Engineering, Factory Automation, Etch background, Litho
  • Experience in basic software upgrade skill, including virtual machine
  • Factory Automation experience in Fab environment is a plus
  • Process and Hardware experiences in Etch, Litho and Deposition area
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to influence others
  • Experience and proven track record working in matrix team organization
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage customers' demand
  • Ability to build good customer relationship in the field
  • Up to 25% of travel is required
