The Global Customer Organization (GCO) is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT.  They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software, and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. 

Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. This diverse and dynamic team partners with KLA’s service organization and factory divisions to help ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.



  1. Utilize equipment function to solve customer problem. Including recipe setup / function demo / case study / BKM (best known method) research, etc..
  2. As a technical job, also need to identify customer problem / analyze data / deliver solution / implement in production / generate & present tech report.
  3. Be able to define clear problem statement, can co-work with engineering/SW/HW engineer to solve equipment issues.
  4. This job also includes customer training / customer communication, usually employee will own 1~2 types of equipment, and to be the owner of specific customers.
  5. Employee will get good training about equipment knowledge, English is working language.
  6. Raise new feature request to help product development. – advanced requirement.
  7. Travels by car or commercial transportation to customer facility.


  1. Master degree NCG, or at least 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry.
  2. Prefer courses or experience related with: Defect Inspection / SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) / Physics.
  3. Strong ownership, excellent communication skills.
  4. Proactive / responsible working attitude, strong team spirits.
  5. Ability to work under pressure.
  6. Proficient in English.
  7. Flexible in travelling (up to 30%).
