The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support.  The GSS organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.


  • Own Service Operating Budget of >300M annually across seven service regional locations.
  • Support ROI initiatives of laser programs and service engineering programs to extend serviceability of more than 40K tools in install base
  • Work with Manufacturing locations in US, Singapore and Israel to drive efficiency on key initiatives such as Gross Margin Improvement and cost reduction.
  • Support period close processes with coordination with business partners and peers in multiple locations to ensure accuracy of financial reporting and close.
  • Support multiple business partners in Service Operations in achieving their targets and goals operationally and financially.
  • Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial strategic plans from different perspectives and angles to help support business decision
  • Perform various ad hoc analysis including scenario planning

  • Proficiency with SAP/TM1 is preferred, but experience with other ERP and reporting/forecasting tools will be considered
  • Able to influence business partners towards shared goals and objectives.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience. OR Master's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
