Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices.

The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, treasury, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.


This Ann Arbor Manager position will be under the Corporate Treasury Department.



The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, ability to manage projects to completion and multitask, with potential to grow into more senior management roles:

Treasury Operations

  • Responsible for daily cash position activities involving investment and redemption tasks
  • Resolve day-to-day worldwide cash issues, including any late payments or overdrafts
  • Become primary owner and user of Kyriba Treasury Management System, including developing and enhancing key reports, managing certain administration roles, and maximizing usage of modules
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley controls and procedures
  • Contribute to treasury disclosures and management reporting
  • Work with IT department to implement treasury related projects
  • Other projects to support key treasury initiatives

Credit & Collections

  • Manage customer credit risk exposures for both KLA Semi Process and Orbotech/SPTS
  • Will be part of Credit Committee team responsible for assessing and identifying credit risks
  • Responsible for collections of key customers
  • Significant interaction with regional collections team, controllers and sales organization
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley controls and procedures
  • Assume key user ownership of SAP credit module managing credit limits
  • Other projects to enhance efficiency for department (IT or process related)



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with at least 3-10 years of treasury operations experience and Credit & Collections.
  • Kyriba Treasury Management System experience a strong plus
  • Cash management experience preferred. 
  • CPA, CTP, CFA or MBA preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel
  • Strong accounting skills a plus
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferable but not required.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. 


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience. OR Master's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experience.
