Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for the development and implementation of product applications for existing and pre-release products. Manage projects related to new product introduction such as characterization, alpha testing, beta testing and pilot tools in the ramp phase. Set up customer product demonstrations and technical training including on-site training of Field Applications Engineers and end users. Work with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products or enhance existing products or product lines. Publish best known method documents, application notes and other training material, and ensures the transfer of product knowledge to Field Applications teams. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Minimum Qualifications

Employer will accept a Master’s in Material Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 24 months of experience in the position offered or in a computer-related occupation.

 

WORK LOCATION: Milpitas, CA. Limited international and domestic travel required.
