Group/Division

The Instruments Group is focused on development of advanced inspection and metrology equipment used in high-volume production and research and development environments. Organization is globally located in US, China, and Singapore. The Instruments Group provides mission-critical cost-effective solutions for power electronics, LED, communications, automotive, data storage, and other related nanoelectronics and materials science applications. We partner with our customers to provide advanced hardware and software solutions to enhance yield and lower overall production costs by supplying world-leading inspection, metrology and review systems. In addition to developing valuable product solutions, the Instruments Group provides support to customers to achieve performance entitlement through sharing and implementation of application BKMs (Best Known Methods).

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Software development using C#, C++, WPF, OOD/OOA design, .NET in Windows 32/64 bit environment
  • Participate in all stages of software development including requirements definition/review, coding, and release
  • Take ownership of assigned design and development tasks for current and future generation of products
  • Work in a global environment to Interact with multisite team members (US, China, and Singapore) during software product life cycle for requirement analysis, design, coding, integration and testing
  • Collaborate with hardware and systems/application groups to understand system requirements and map them to a software design
  • Communicate and share information with cross-functional team members to achieve project goals

Qualifications

  • BS/MS in CS or EE
  • Experience with Visual Studio, .NET Framework, WPF,C#, C++,OOD/OOA design
  • Able to work in a cross-functional group, work with Software, Algorithms, Systems Engineers located globally
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A self-motivated individual who takes the initiative in a constantly-changing working environment
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle and Process Workflow, or other software life cycles
  • Education or experience in Semiconductor industry and semiconductor equipment is nice to have

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 1 years of experience.
