Group/Division

The Wafer Inspection Division (WIN) is the world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced optical inspection tools for inline monitoring of process defects in advanced semiconductor factories.

The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.   

Work with Production Control to ensure timely delivery of options and kits required for shipment.

Work with Manufacturing to receive, audit and pack material for System and Upgrade shipments.

Pack bins with material required to ship with System.  Label bins with part numbers of material packed in bins.

Keep accurate records of all material shipped .

Inspect material for accuracy to Bills of Material (BOMS), proper labeling and packaging, and quality compliance.

 

Qualifications

JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel.  SUPERVISION: Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignment  

Ability to pull Bills of Materials and audit kits according to those BOMS.

2.  Strong MS Word and Excel skills.

3.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Able to communicate issues and drive resolution when necessary.

4.  Excellent record keeping  skills.

5.  Flexible and efficient.  Able to handle multiple in a timely manner.

6.  Knowledge of SAP and eQuality would be a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

Five years' experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering role.
