Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Responsibilities

Lead a cross functional Operations team responsible for introducing a new product from design, development, implementation, continuous improvement and sustaining support to Operations

  • Drive PLC schedule within Operations for new product transfer; coordinate with Ops stakeholders (MFG, Materials, Supply Chain, MDE, Master Schedule)
  • Coordinate New Product Launch (NPL) tasks within Operations
  • Align PLC stakeholders with PRO division objectives through weekly Ops meeting
  • Attend PRO Product Growth Team (PGT) meetings and align with PMM for product support
  • Coordinate and host Manufacturing Readiness Reviews in support of PRO Phase Exits
  • Manage NPL team of direct reports
  • Direct actions of NPL  team members (MDE direct reports) in support of PRO objectives
  • Present to Executive Management in Phase Exits, Executive Reviews, MRRs
  • Schedule and host alignment meetings for stakeholders, both within and external to Operations division
  • Coordinate with Global Operations personnel worldwide in support of PRO Enhancements objectives
  • Provide support to Materials & Supply Chain teams in supplier development

Qualifications

Must have strong leadership, effective communication and problem solving skills. Need to be self-driven, hardworking, detail oriented, with a can-do attitude and a critical thinker.

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and a proven success and track record in leading multidisciplinary teams to successfully launch and/or manage transition of a capital equipment product is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in a program manager role with mostly technical responsibilities.

Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or related engineering fields strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
