The Global Customer Organization (GCO) is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT.  They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software, and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. 

Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. This diverse and dynamic team partners with KLA’s service organization and factory divisions to help ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.



Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities.

Makes presentations on all aspects of the products they support.

Supports the installation and qualification of KLA systems Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications and helps the customer get maximum value from KLA products.

Develops strong working relationship with customer

The candidate needs to be a hands-on type person, aggressively interested in learning new things and keen on communicating with both internal divisions and customers. Infrequent (< 20%) domestic/international travel may be required.

The position is based in Chandler Arizona


BSC/MSC or greater in Engineering/Material Science/Physics or other related subject

3+ years semiconductor related experience preferably in the field of process metrology, and yield analysis or process control. 

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience. OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
