The vision of KLA’s global human resources organization is to become a leader and partner to operating leadership in support of the company’s efforts to achieve its strategic growth, customer and operating objectives through strategic talent management. Our mission is to enable the business, and leverage human resources to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards.

The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle field HRBP solutions which is out of existing HR operation process; Work on special employee cases like PIP, Special Leaves etc.
  2. Regular visit to remote sites to talk with managers to collect field needs for HRBP to work out further solutions, and communicate with employees on all China HR initiation and projects
  3. Work together with HRBP to identify key local CoE needs within C&B, L&D, ER and Staffing, working with CoE head to provide possible local solutions to business leaders; Respond to stakeholder concerns and interest as needed;
  4. Lead various HR projects, esp. in HR Operation area
  5. Take lead at least in one of HR functions such as HRIS, Employee Life Cycle, Mobility & Visa, L&D, etc. 
  6. Design and continuously improve existing HR operational practices and procedures.
  7. Provide training and communication on HR polices, guidelines and procedures to managers and employees.
  8. Participate related HR audits, and make sure whole local HR Operation are necessarily aligned with global policies, practice, including continues improvements after audits. 
  9. Manage the human resources policies, procedures and employee handbook, ensure they are compliance with China laws and practices, recommend revision plans if needed to consistent with market trends.
  10. Provide professional and effective HR support to above human resources activities and programs but not limited to those listed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree with major in human resources or related field. At least 10 years HR professional working experiences and at least 5 years’ solid experiences in Employee Relation or HR Project Management function in multinational companies, Hi-tech industry is preferred.

2. Proficient in English.

3. High initiative, hardworking, self-motivated and result orientated.

4. Good interpersonal, communication, team work and collaboration skills.

5. Good command of Microsoft Office, excellent presentation skill is preferred.
