Responsibilities

HR Intern to manage HR ops and TA projects: 

 

Talent Acquisition

  1. TA Metrics – talent demographics and offer decline analysis   
  2. Employee Referral Benchmark with engineering organizations
  3. Enable buddy program and documentation on buddy program process

 

HR Ops

  1. Employee assimilation life events and document creation
  2. Policy mapping & Visio creation
  3. University engagement process documentation
  4. Attrition Dash Board
  5. Policy Bench Mark (Leave, WFH, Insurance, Comp. Off)
