Job Role:

  • Perform all aspects of ServiceNow Administration, Design, Development and implantation of Software solutions.
  • Work on script-based ServiceNow enhancements.
  • Integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, trusted sources for SSO, Mid server, web-services, Power BI, email and other relevant technologies.
  • Build and Deploy required enhancements to the Service Now Platform.
  • ServiceNow Mobile App development.
  • Implementation of ServiceNow for ITSM.
  • Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc.


·         3 -5 years of ServiceNow experience

·         Intensive JavaScript and coding experience

-         Strong communication skills

-         Bachelor of Engineering 

-         ServiceNow Administration (Advance ServiceNow developer preferred)

-          ITIL
