Group/Division

The ICOS Vision Systems division focuses on the backend of the line semiconductor industry providing fully automated tools to inspect and sort, finished integrated circuit packages.  For more than 15 years, ICOS has been a market leader with tray-to-tray and tray-to-tape inspection and sorting tools found in the production facilities of all major chipmakers in the world. Our market-leading technology and superior customer service requires strong talent in optics, machine control, algorithms and applications within our engineering teams.  The ICOS division headquarters are in Leuven, Belgium with additional engineering and manufacturing operations in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle month end closing on costing/inventory/manufacturing cost booking/checking
  2. Provide variance analysis and cost control for manufacturing / operation costs
  3. Perform cost analysis for products including PPV/ POV/ Overheads absorption, etc.
  4. Assist in annual Strategic Plan and monthly rolling forecast for Product Line(s)
  5. Assist in standard cost change process semi-annually and ad-hoc request for BOM change
  6. Coordinate annual stock physical count annually
  7. Prepare management reports and financial/costing analysis to support decision-making.
  8. Other ad hoc works assigned by manager

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or above
  2. Minimum 3 years of solid planning and analysis working experience, MNC experience is a plus
  3. Familiar with costing, understand standard cost is a plus
  4. Analytical-minded, fast learner and able to work independently under pressure
  5. Good communication skill and service oriented, fluent on both English and Chinese language
  6. Solid software skills: experience with financial systems/applications (SAP, TM1, HFM, etc.), strong Excel skills
  7. Able to work independently , eager to learn and a good team player
