KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.


  • Bench testing and calibration of ADE Dimensional tool modules.
  • Systems testing of ADE Dimensional tools
  • Process development and improvement, including fixture and procedure development and documentation.


**  This position is based in Westwood, MA.  **

  • Prior experience as test technician, test engineer, or applications engineer involving measurement or process control equipment.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools for metrology data (Matlab, PV-WAVE, Excel, etc.).
  • Extensive experience with automated equipment involving electrical and mechanical subsystems.
  • Thoroughly competent in the use of hand tools and soldering techniques.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or Technical School degree and 5 years experience OR
  • High school education and 8 years of experience OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
