Intern / Co-Op Technical

Group/Division

We are looking for a multi-disciplinary engineer to be part of Sensarray Division advanced development team for developing our new genearations sensors for extreme environments.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop innovative concepts and models of sensors and sensor subsystems into practical designs.
  • Responsible for testing and analysis on products and designs during initial phases of the development process.
  • Coordinates and performs root cause analysis to solve issues.
  • Interfaces with technologists, development and marketing to define and optimize system performance and resolve performance problems. 

Qualifications

  • At least B.Sc. degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Semiconductor environment experience is a plus.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: thin films, thick films, MEMS, sensors, electronics packaging.
  • Good communication skills, following instructions, writing reports.
  • A working knowledge of MatLab and/or Labview for data collection and analysis is a plus. Programming experience also a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • B.Sc. degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: thin films, thick films, MEMS, sensors, electronics packaging.
