Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and curious individual to join our dynamic Service Finance Team. In this role,  you will have exposure to business partnering, forecasting and budgeting, process improvement, adhoc modeling and quarter end close support.
 
Strategic planning, presenting financials to business partners, and management reporting
Maintain in-depth forecast models to track actuals and predict future financial performance
Managing annual operating budgets, tracking results, expenses, headcounts, and providing visibility to divisional and finance leadership teams.
Analyzing monthly financial results, deriving key trends and insights, and drilling down to underlying performance drivers.
Collaborate with product division management team involving in-depth coordination of strategic plan, budget and forecasts. 
Build and maintain standardized monthly and quarterly management reports for product group leadership team.
Ad hoc analysis - Analyze data from different perspectives and angles to help support business decisions.
Exceptional command of database tools and IT systems, with the ability to extract meaningful conclusions from large quantities of data.
Demonstrated financial or analytical experience with strong forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis acumen.
 
Preferred Qualification:
 
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning in a public company
Strong attention to detail, and sense of ownership over delivered results.
Acute written and oral communication skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment.
Solid problem solving and root cause analysis abilities.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Working experience with Cognos TM1 and SAP or similar systems.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.ORBachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
