Design, develop, test and support the software systems that power features for KLA-Tencor's Film and Scatterometry Technology Division (FaST) semiconductor inspection products. Participate in software design by writing design documentation associated with the development of new software features. Utilize C++ and C# languages, as well as Windows .NET technologies, such as WCF and WPF to develop robust and reusable code and implement it in software development tasks. Develop software features with leading database technologies, such as Mongo and Influx. Design, develop, test, support, and document software features for new FaST products, including such software features as Tool Safety, Monitoring, and Data Acquisition features.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the position offered or in a computer-related occupation.
WORK LOCATION: Milpitas, CA.
