The mission of Corporate Marketing at KLA is to enable customer success while achieving long‐term revenue goals, by partnering with customers and organizations within KLA. We work towards this goal by: Learning relevant market and technology data, which are critical to identify key problems and guide the development of differentiated products and solutions; by deploying new products and solutions to achieve penetration, adoption and share goals, while ensuring customers successfully achieve their business objectives; and by engaging with customers to ensure our solutions meet their needs and address roadblocks to our mutual success.
Corporate marketing includes: Corporate Communications (technical communications, brand, public relations, social media, web and advertising); Strategic and Field Marketing (business intelligence, forecasting, market analysis and value programs to support customer success and growth); Process Control Solutions (technical roadmap planning, consulting on yield enhancement and collaboration with customers) and Customer Engagement (customer value delivery and maximizing penetration, share, adoption). The Corporate Marketing group reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior VP of Global Customer Success.
As Technical Communications Specialist you will work side-by-side with product marketing groups across the company, guiding, coaching and leading them to develop effective technical communication, focused on the value of KLA’s products and portfolio solutions to our customers. In this job you will use your writing and presentation skills every day. You’ll draw upon your ability to think critically and strategically, your facility in working with individuals and groups, and your highly organized, detail-oriented nature. You will bring and enhance your technical credibility, your knowledge of the semiconductor market and our company’s position within the market. You will bring and grow your knowledge of KLA’s products, in depth and breadth. Over the course of this job, you will develop strong collegial relationships with product marketing teams across the company. Your success in this position lies in standing shoulder-to-shoulder with, and becoming indispensable to, our product marketing staff.
As a Technical Communications Specialist, you will contribute immediately to many of the projects listed below. You will learn the other elements of the job and refine your contributions by working with experienced technical marketing professionals in the corporate communications group.
