KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices.

The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.


--Reconcile intercompany transactions across all manufacturing entities.

--Prepare and post JEs for all intercompany transactions.

--Perform of clearing of intercompany transaction.

--Create and maintain GL account, profit center, and Cost center

--Support corp function journal preparation and posting.

--Help with any special task or project related to Orbotech.

--Assist with performing sox control related to GL cycles and any other month end close activites.

--Document procedures and streamline processes when possible



--Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required.

--7+ year's of accounting or finance related experience.

--Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures

--Must have extensive SAP knowledge in GL and sales orders.

--Detail oriented.

--Must have advanced knowledge of Excel

Minimum Qualifications

--High School Graduate or Equivalent with at least 3 years of experience.
