Enabling the movement toward advanced chip design, KLA-Tencor's Measurement, Analytics and Control group (MACH) is looking for the best and brightest research scientists, software engineers, application development engineers and senior product technology process engineers to join our team.
The MACH team's mission is to collaborate with our customers to innovate technologies and solutions that detect and control highly complex process variations—at their source—rather than compensate for them at later stages of the manufacturing process.
With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA-Tencor to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Our MACH team develops leading-edge solutions for patterning process analytics and control technologies, thereby providing customers with critical insight at the feature level, field level and cross-wafer analysis. Our teams also develop advanced modeling simulation, data analytics and process control modeling technologies.

This is a field marketing role in KLA-Tencor's Measurement Analysis and Control (MACH) division. The MACH division, conceives, develops and deploys advanced data analytics systems into the high volume manufacturing environment enabling reduced process variability and improved yield for our customers. The MACH division covers all aspects of advanced wafer fabrication from design, to simulation as well as reticle and wafer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all of the existing and future MACH products within a specific region which will involve significant account management responsibilities working with an international sales team as well as our own Customer Engagement technical team to define penetration strategies, formulate competitive responses and manage tool evaluations and competitive run-offs.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing process and the importance of metrology tools, inspection tools and advanced process control and will likely have worked in a wafer fab environment.
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline
4 ~ 5 years experience in semiconductor industry, direct wafer fab experience is considered an advantage
Additional sought after skills are knowledge of metrology and knowledge of defect inspection / yield management techniques
Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
Must be fluent in Korean.
Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
