Group/Division

The Global Customer Organization (GCO) is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT.  They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software, and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. 

Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. This diverse and dynamic team partners with KT’s service organization and factory divisions to help ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

New York based Account Manager capable of synthesizing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing valued business relationships, and delivering best-in-class customer satisfaction to maximize sales opportunities for KT's inspection and metrology product portfolio.  Individual will have to deal with a culturally diverse customer.  While the primary customer interaction will be in New York, there will be interaction with both customer and KT worldwide teams in order to achieve results.

Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Forecasting & reporting
  • Quoting
  • Creating proposals
  • Drafting strategy
  • Negotiating ad closing deals
  • Building, fostering, and managing business relationships
  • Participating in business reviews
  • Creating and delivering sales presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years semiconductor capital equipment sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven sales track record
  • Technically savvy, a fast learner, and independent
  • Excellent business sense or knowledge
  • Proficiency with Excel, Work, and Powerpoint
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, and to distill large amounts of complex information into the core basic issues to drive solutions
  • A passionate self-starter able to communicate with effective clarity
  • Knowledge of large account management and sales experience interacting with customer technical engineers, procurement specialists, and management teams.
  • Ability to team with KT resources at the factory and within the business unit is essential to achieve required results

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Level Degree with at least 4 years of experienceOR
  • Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience
