Group/Division

The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Key systems engineer on advanced technology EUV reticle inspector development.
  • Responsible for a wide array of tool development tasks, including:
    • Overall system performance modelling
    • Determination of error budgets and servo performance envelopes
    • Subsystem modelling to evaluate performance vs. requirements
    • Research into existing non-EUV and EUV tools to determine scaling rules

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Engineering Degree with at least 5-7 years of experience

  • Experience with one or more of the following at a system level:
    • Semiconductor capital equipment
    • Optical imaging systems
    • Inspection systems
    • Reticle processing 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Doctorate (Academic) with at least 5 years of experience OR
  • Master's Level Degree with at least 7 years of experience OR
  • Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 10 years of experience
