Responsibilities

  • Support new hire user computer purchase and preparation including installing OS and all necessary applications and enabling encryption to the user laptops. Prepare IP Phone if required.
  • Manage user related IT assets through the life cycle of the assets, maintain Fixed Asset data current.
  • Support user exit process to take care the asset return to IT
  • Provide end user support on computer related trouble shooting on hardware and software
  • Manage corporate mobile phone application, phone setup and troubleshooting relates to KT email, KT apps and WiFi connection to KT network
  • Manage IT stationary procurement
  • Support company event that requires IT support
  • Troubleshoot conference room IT related issues and maintain the IT equipment are in working condition
  • Support clean room IT equipment
  • Support printer and copier related issues in all Singapore offices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimal 2 years working expereince on end user IT support role
  • Postivie attitude when facing heavy work load and user criticism
  • Stong ownership on any assigned task
  • Strong sense of urgency on high priority task despite it may not come in on time.
  • High flexibility when facing changes
  • Enjoy working with users
  • Good communication skill
