KLA-Tencor has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.


  1. Resolve on hand balance discrepancies between KT and 3PL WMS systems.  Addresses repeated/systemic issues by identifying a long-term resolution.
  2. Manage inventory movement transactions in SAP
  3. Resolve receiving discrepancies in a timely manner by working with 3PL and internal owners.
  4. Assist procurement team in managing and executing scrap and purge orders.
  5. Import and export customs licensing and knowledge, laser license and strategic license, DG goods example lithium batteries.
  6. Quality Audit conduct walkthroughs and identify parts with suspect quality packaging or damaged conditions in warehouse
  7. Responsible for inventory accuracy between 3PL inventory balance and SAP through maintaining of weekly cycle counts leading to the annual physical inventory count in DHL warehouse. Identifying issues that may occur and analyze processes that can be optimized to maintain inventory balance accuracy.
  8. Assist procurement teams from different product divisions and GSS to expedite urgent requests for parts orders for tool shipment fulfilment.
  9. Assist parts escalations team for urgent GSS P1 orders supported from divisions, ensure parts inbounded passes quality inspections, COO and HS codes are loaded in SAP, monitor shipments till POD to ensure the P1 reaches the end FE in a timely manner.  
  10. Assist division FA managers and Quality team to ensure all FAs/DOAs returns are tracked and returned in a timely manner. Preemptively identifying delays and alert the FA team to reduce the FA cycle time returns.


Preferred Qualifications


  1. BA/BS degree and 3 years of global supply chain experience required
  2. Strong written and oral communication skills required
  3. Collaborative and team-oriented attitude, willing and excited to work with a global team
  4. 3PL management experience
  5. Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. SAP CRM knowledge is required
  7. Import and export customs knowledge is preferred
