Group/Division

KLA-Tencor has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA).  The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology.  We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market.  The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize experience and analytics to define and lead improvement efforts for processes and systems supporting Reverse Logistics.
  • Develop scalable business process to drive better decisions in supply chain management, such as cost, cycle time, performance metrics, system enhancements, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, spanning all organizational levels.
  • Ensure efficient execution to meet operational objectives
  • Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of service supply chain reverse logistics
  • Define and lead improvement efforts for systems supporting Reverse Logistics
  • Interface with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Quality, DC Operations and Supply Chain, to understand the business objectives
  • Identify the gaps in current process and drive actionable solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree and 3 years of global supply chain experience required
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills required
  • Project management experience (e.g. managing project plans, timelines, costs etc.) required
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and flexibility to handle a wide variety of projects
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude, willing and excited to work with a global team
  • 3PL management experience
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • SAP CRM

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience OR
  • Master's Level Degree with at least 1 year of experience
