The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.
As a member of Rapid CEG, candidate will be responsible for leading a team of applications engineers, managers, and RPM's to provide direct customer support to mask shops and wafer fabs in Korea and Japan. Candidate will need to work closely with other functional groups including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and the Field teams to manage and coordinate activities for key customers including Samsung and SK hynix in Korea, and leading merchant mask shops in Japan such as DNP, Toppan, and Hoya. Key duties include managing customer escalations, setting up EC/OC meetings, managing customer demo's, supporting sales activities, and understanding at a detailed level customer roadmap and use cases.
Minimum is a BS in a scientific field (engineering, math, physics, chemistry, etc.) with 15+ yrs of experience including at least 5 yrs of experience as a 2nd level manager. Previous semiconductor wafer fab or mask shop experience strongly desired.
